Comment:  Honestly A solid middle tier house. Not pretentious at all and super genuine and caring guys who know how to throw down some of the most creative parties in cal. The one with paint was especially sick af! I just wish they threw more often as that’s the only one thing they lack atm compared to like phi psi or theta CHi but they have so much potential and not at all try hard. Genuine great house and love my DUs <3
