Comment:  For as long as I can remember...they're quite backwards in their selection process. They have a habit of pick women who initially want to be Delta's...many of them cannot grow their hair past their ears and join for all the wrong reasons. Good members have come through this chapter but...still...these broads are rough around the edges. Dumb too.
