Comment:  bunch of self ranks on here, "JimmyNeutron" is clearly a shill. Truth is phi delt is a pretty solid group of guys, but they got hit with sanctions a while back and are still recovering. Their most recent pledge class was good, the one before was pretty low tier. overall decent group of guys, some room for improvement as a fraternity
