Comment:  They act like they’re better than everyone, which is not very attractive. There are some genuinely kind people in this sorority, but there are also people who are very mean and catty. Recruitment is very much so based on outer appearances rather than personalities. They have a tendency to gossip about others and hold a reputation of being the ‘mean girls’ on campus. With that being said, you can find many girls in this sorority that are very genuine, kind, and charismatic. It’s often that those who are mean are the ones who set the reputation for this sorority, which is unfortunate, as they do have many girls within their sisterhood that don’t represent this reputation. The girls who are mean are also those who have the tendency to influence their sisters the most, which can be detrimental to a really kind girl or new recruit. My best advice would be to get to know them first to determine if you’re okay with being a part of a sisterhood that is primarily catty, rude, and judgmental, but has some girls in it that are genuine.
