Comment:  As a Senior, I've seen the crazy good change in ATO unlike any other frat. They have went from the weird guys like 3 years ago to the cool guys. They are diverse, all over campus (I think like 2 guys hold high SGA positions and they have the homecoming president to name a few), have pretty cool parties and themes, and they're just overall awesome. I would rate them higher than Pike cause pike only has sports whereas ATO has much more than that to include personality.
