Comment:  They are bottom tier, but they have been improving. They recently surpassed SAE, which is no accomplishment since SAE is one of the worst frats here, and have been doing a lot better than a couple years ago but they have a loooong way to go. Give them a couple more years and they will bump up to middle tier
