Comment:  By far the best fraternity brotherhood-wise on campus, for a while now they have developed a very close nit brotherhood amongst all of their members, and they are now just starting again to get involved in better social life on campus while maintaining that level of commitment in that brotherhood. Easily some of the best recruiters on campus, I've not met one brother yet that isn't well rounded, nice, fun, and easy to talk to. There are a few negatives with Phi Delt though; their houses aren't the best(although if you go to a treehouse you will definetly have a fun time), their brothers aren't very active except for in brotherhood events and social events, and their social life isn't the best, but they are on the up and up. This fraternity has been around for a while and they were previously one of the best known fraternities on campus and then they got a suspension for freshmen getting caught coming back to campus from one of their parties, and over the past few years have still been recovering, placing more focus on becoming a better rounded fraternity and less focus on the social aspect, but ultimately that has worked for the better because now Phi Delt is back on the rise and ready to reveal their new self to the rest of the greek community and Virginia Tech, so be ready because Phi Delt is destined to become one of the best, if not the best fraternity on campus, over the next few years, if you don't consider them so already. Don't be suprised if they already to start to be on the tip of everyone's tounges next year in 2020, with their devotion to improving every aspect of their chapter from philanthropy to social life.
