Comment:  They thought they were on the rise bc their PC ‘17 was good and had a bunch of girls that should’ve been in upper houses/ probs would’ve been if they rushed again as a sophomore but i guess just decided to stick it out but then the other PCs didn’t follow that trend. Will probably promote PC’17 everywhere for recruitment if they want to get back on that track
