Comment:  Phi psi was on the verge of collapsing as an org before getting their new house, dont get me wrong its a great house and has injected alot of life back into their org, however the brotherhood is still the same, no process to speak of, no cohesive brotherhood, and generally just a cringe show of a chapter.
