Comment:  They have a beautiful house. It’s only their third year so like they don’t super have a rank that’s set yet but they’re middle and that will likely stay the same. The girls are definitely wealthy. People will say old row is rich but alpha phi is by FAR the most expensive house. They have a weird mix of girls. Some are very religious and some kinda party. Some are pretty but kinda known for being high maintenance cause they come from money. They have to do spring recruitment and aren’t as selective with their girls as they pretend to be. They’re an interesting mix of girls and seem cute and mostly nice. But they absolutely like to pretend they’re hotter and higher tier than they actually are.
