Comment:  Phi Tau is doing better but the pairing needs work. The old ATO house is definitely boost and the fall pc is a degree above the past classes. Overall, they have potential to rise but time will tell. For now, they are a very low-mid frat but decent parties and they appear to have a solid brotherhood.
