Comment:  The chapter has had its ups and downs but despite what occurs in chapman's hierarchy Phi Tau has the reputation and standing to be considered an upper-tier fraternity. I find their brotherhood to be outstanding than other fraternities here at the school not that there is anything wrong with that. In total honestly, all fraternities have their defining traits. Phi Tau has come a long way and they have more than deserved the recognition.
