Before the current sanctions, the Greek Standards Board (on 9/25/19), after a 7-0 vote, determined that TKE was in violation of INTRAMURAL SPORTS FLAG FOOTBALL RULES by violating Rule 12: Conduct of Players, Coaches, and Other – 3. Unsportsmanlike conduct: This decision was based on careful consideration of all the information, which included the admission that members TKE conducted themselves in unsportsmanlike manners by participating in violence during the intramural flag football game against Zeta Psi Fraternity.
