Comment:  Honest post: Huge focus on recruiting for looks during recruitment. This translates to PCs that have little social cohesion and members that experience a lot of internal pressure to look and be “a phi.” Seems like there is a greater focus on status than on the individual happiness of its members. That said, individually, aphi’s are overall really nice and smart! However, there does exist a very strong group-think mentality in this sorority.
