Comment:  The girls are friendly enough but they definitely stay in their own circle. I wouldn’t say this is a top house anymore, because for starters their house is dingy and old and I doubt the reno will be as good as it is hyped up to be. There are some hot girls in PiPhi, but for the most part everyone is average so I wouldn’t say they are known for being good looking. Definitely seem like girls that get good grades and are classy though. I think that if PiPhi wants to move up they should really work hard to get some more hot girls and bring back that angel energy bc atm they ain’t it. But definitely middle tier with potential!!!
