Comment:  used to be cool but have fallen significantly. house full of kids who weren't cool in high school. the type of kid who answers a question in class, gets it wrong, and then goes "oh yeah I knew that the whole time". struggling so hard with their latest PCs - only 4 freshman joined spring 19' so they decided to take a fall 19' class but couldn't get more than 2 kids so they lied and said that they were never actually planning on taking a fall pc. Sig chi, du, and all core 4 sororities declined to be in their pledge class party last spring, so it was full of randos that none of the brothers actually knew. sig phi really tries to sell the "exclusive" factor, but they haven't been anywhere close to exclusive since 2017 - they just say that because they're trying to hide the fact that no one wants to join their house
