Comment:  Lets be honest, PC 18 had a lot of duds last year but it seems like a fair amount of the duds dropped? PC 19 is H O T and really upped Theta's rank. These girls are chillers who do whatever they want to do, but still maintain the highest gpa average amongst the sororities. Theta girls are my favorite to hang out with, along with pi phis and dg's. Chicks, if youre looking for a good house but dont want the social obligations or expectations of "high tier" sororities, theta would be a good bet
