Comment:  had the chance to make a surge to the top tier after chi o's fall from grace and yet they are STILL super irrelevant. the top frats still don't save a spot for an axid sweetheart and I heard the only way they can get a mixer with the top frats is to pay for the entire venue, food and booze themselves. ignore the self ranking they are thoroughly middle tier.
