Comment:  Delt at UC really isn't even in the convo for top tier as they get dominated in recruiting to Sig Chi and Pike. The only thing they have going for them is a nice house. Still would put Sig chi, Pike, SAE, and maybe sig ep in front. They get average size recruiting classes with below average men. Which in the long run really sets them back.
