Comment:  After this years pledge class theta can totally claim being a top house along with DG. The girls are very cool and genuine. During freshman year girls joining sororities think that joining aphi or dg gives you a fast pass to a great social life and meeting the cooler guys in frats. But honestly by the end of the year a lot of people realize theta girls are very chill and have a lot of pretty and nice girls.
