Comment:  Pi Phi has dropped significantly every year I have been here. I think 3 or 4 years ago they were considered Top Tier but their problems really affected their recruitment the last several years. Top girls from my home town heard about all the problems and cut Pi Phi. It's too bad because I think they used to be considered one of the top 3 houses at OU years ago but most consider them middle tier now.
