Comment:  This frat used to be amazing. The brothers were social And fun to be with and were just crazy. Since Spring 19 and Fall 19 I think their standards have fallen. I’ve never seen classes so different than the rest. Especially their fall 19 class I don’t know if they just wanted smart people or were desperate. But chi phi has definitely taken a down hill turn with these classes and I’m unsure if Chi Phi will ever be the same again.
