Comment: Partys are top tier. The ratio, when I went was about 50 guys and 400 girls, they have four awesome houses in different settings (lake house is sick af). They are quickly growing as they only came on campus in 2017 they are gonna be at 70+ brothers. Philanthropy is great as well since they are the only fraternity to own its own philanthropy AKA the ability experience. The current pledge class size is kinda small since it's only like 10-11 people but they all are top tier, it looks like Pi Kapp is becoming more selective when handing out bids you gotta have some serious potential to get in. I am currently pledging another fraternity (Not gonna say which one bc I don't wanna get roasted) but I regret not rushing Pi Kapp.
