Comment:  Most of the comments below are saying very accurate things. The women in this organization are phenomenal, the structure and headquarters are the worst part of of this organization. I wouldn't recommend joining because of that. about 2 years ago they kicked out about 25 women who loved and cared for this chapter. They have been having issues with membership for a couple of years now. IHQ is having their 2020 convention in phoenix and are prolonging the chapters inevitable demise probably after that event. I also was informed from a very older member that they kicked out even more women 4 year prior to the 2 years. I guess this is a reoccurring thing every 4-6 years for this chapter. The sisterhood is very weak but many of the women try so hard even when things are so bad. Minus all the bad things I have to say is that ONLY the girls in delta xi are strong. I definely don't think weak hearted people should join this sorority due to so many women having mental health issues because of this organizations values. Sorry I split some tea, I might spill more later
