Comment:  Phi Kappa Theta is a great fraternity, but they have disrespected girls and make fun of things that are very serious. Although their brotherhood is strong and the members are fully committed to the fraternity, they aren't really the nicest group. As individuals, they are approachable. As a group, not so much.
