Comment:  Everyone knows the brothers for being awesome people, however as a frat they aren't big/a brotherhood at all. They traded houses with Alpha Sig (downsizing) due to Delt not fulfilling lease/living requirements and having less brotherhood activity. The only thing they're known for is parties in their basement, which they will no longer have.
