Comment:  Have a few good guys but this fraternity is creepy!!!!! They have lots of bad things happen at their parties and the people in charge instead of punishing or dealing with the guilty brother, just continue to tighten the rules on alcohol as a solution???????? Its clear that there is horrific leadership if there is any at all. Sigma phi epsilon is on a down hill slide.
