Comment:  They got a beautiful house for the next year or so until their lease ends. Throw fun multis and opens but mostly because most sororities won't have anything individually with them, especially after a few accused them of being too aggressive and harassing girls. House has a lot of money and a very strong brotherhood (except for the couple outcasts from each PC). Definitely one of the best houses to go to freshman year and then never return to as an upperclassman.
