Comment:  Their haunted house and Halloween party this year was litttt AFFFF. Last couple of pledge classes have definitely raised the bar and they seem to be on the rise. I heard they have some internal issues but they seem to have gotten out of the “bottom tier” :) We <3 Chi Phi!!
