Comment:  From 2015-2017, Phi Delt was the top of the top in terms of frats here at UNC. No one could really compete with them. But since PC'18 and PC'19, Phi Delt has become the worst of the Big 4. PC'18 really was an embarrassment with the privileged and arrogant out of state kids and then PC'19 has just been flat out weirdos. Phi Delt was always consistently the best frat on campus but recently they are the worst of the big 4 and it's not even close
