Comment:  Reiterating, this "fraternity" does suck. Low levels of new member retention and low involvement as a whole. There are two awesome guys in the chapter, apart from that, these guys are just goofy. PIKE will try and take any opportunity act "frat," but fail miserably and just come off as downright lame. The University owns their house so they have not only poor attendance to their parties due to size, but they feel like a high school house party with the parents upstairs. I truly feel bad for the few new members they do rush who get sold on a non-existent brotherhood.
