Comment:  Underrated. They've historically been forgotten about because of their small size but have been growing recently, in size and name-recognition. A lot more parties, and well-attended ones. Annex is usually pretty packed when they throw. Brothers are chill and don't fit a "low tier" vibe, and most of them are pretty involved around campus. House is small, but has a much newer feel compared to other houses around, and is a short walk from north campus dorms which is nice for winter parties. Watch out for them this year, especially as parties move from the annex to houses.
