Comment:  Yeah, their recruitment sucked. They're bad at recruitment, and I've heard they're always bad at recruitment. Completely unpolished and barely reviewed the dos and donts of conversation, really turns people off how unpolished it was. There's a reason why PC2019 was so small. However, once you get outside of the recruitment world they're really nice. COB works better for them, but you can't recruit a whole class based on COB.
