Comment:  I feel like this fraternity is almost sketchy with how much they are buying things. I overheard by several people they own a massive secret property somewhere hidden in Statesboro, bought theta xi's old house, and apparently planning to build a second house on their greek row lot soon. Where is all this money coming from by a fraternity that just got onto this campus??! I'm not in greek life so maybe I don't understand how this all works, but overall they have seemed to be fun decent guys, not the best in my opinion but getting somewhere
