Comment:  The best thing that Beat can do is cut their loses and sell their house so they can buy a smaller one off college ave. It’s hard for them to compete with the larger houses and being on college ave makes the larger houses their only competition. They need to compete with Pi Lam or Asig not Phi Delt and Sigma Nu
