Comment:  Overall nice girls, great sisterhood, consistently good grades, but breaks PHC recruitment rules year in and year out, they just build the fines into their recruitment budget so they can bid promise whoever they want as much as they want. Your chapter is a good chapter so let that speak for itself and let the PNMs make unbiased decisions.
