Comment:  The work that Delt has put in the past several semesters has been undeniable. Take good PC’s, have good relations with other frats, IFC and sororities and have good events. Nice lodge too with good alumni support. If them and SigEp keeping doing stuff together expect them two to be at the top for awhile.
