Comment:  Decent brotherhood with a house kind of far for freshmen, which explains why their opens have ok but not great attendance. Run out of drinks like halfway thru parties which is a downside. Also music at parties isnt always party/dance music. However, the guys are pretty ok to be around and involved around campus, which is why you might recognize some of them going for the first time. New member classes are surprisingly large too for a lower tier frat, many of the guys are geeky in a fun way and make you feel welcome. Parties are fairly often come wintertime, and, when decently attended, are a lot of fun- the atmosphere is good despite being in what feels like a high school cafeteria. All in all decent brotherhood, and a fun place to be on a Saturday night.
