Comment:  Everyone who rates this house is biased. You’ve got members and close friends who give them 5 stars and people who can’t imagine a house starting to gain traction that constantly give 1 Star. This house is decent. Their brotherhood is tighter than any house I’ve seen. Their social life kind of sucks. They are one of the most involved in community service and philanthropies across the board. Their grades are consistently 3.1 and above. People just aren’t giving them the chance to move up. Y’all are so concerned with tier status. Good house, good guys, give them a shot.
