Comment:  Every chapter has their problems, that's inevitable. But showing the same 5 girls on their social media sites, and not truly showing the diverse group of women they have is really hurting them. Their also bad about making everything a popularity contest, instead of thinking about the sisters that would truly do the best for the chapter.
