Comment:  The sisterhood part that I've seen in posts below is true. They are very close knit it seems when around campus and having events that they post about on social media. Seems genuine and fun and it made me and my friends give them a chance during recruitment. They are socially awkward (even the ones that give off a girly, popular vibe) . So work on talking and being more open ladies. The reputation for being shy is fine, but you gotta know when ladies are trying hard to keep a convo going. It's cool that there isn't a cookie cutter look to the sisterhood, but make sure you pride yourself on it and don't change or it will seem like it was out of desperation.
