Comment:  These guys would definitely win the "most improved" award among the fraternities. Just a few years ago they were bottom of the bottom, and now are up to nearly 200 brothers and just built a sweet courtyard. Assuming they get the C&D taken care of, they have secured a spot at the top of the middle tier and are finally relevant for the first time in decades.
