Comment:  Compared to the middle tier sororities, I would say pi phi looks very similar to those sororities. But pi phis pitfall is really the cliqueness within the chapter and the fact that new members don’t want pi phi (which I don’t blame them). They also seem to not branch out and socialize with other fraternities as a cohesive group, but rather have there core friends and have pi phi as a secondary group, which is different to top tier sororities. I think if they market themselves better and learn how to bond they can easily be equal to kappa and theta.
