Comment:  Okay group. Nothing like the Theta Chi of Old. They should've done themselves a favor and recruited some of the old Theta Chi's to give them some flair. These guys don't really have the tenacity or the drive to get out of the bottom tier. I see this chapter ZBT'ing themselves into irrelevancy.
