Comment:  Quickly falling off the map, and it seems their glory days are coming to an end. The comments are relatively true - their parties just aren’t as fun anymore, and their recent pledge classes just haven’t been as solid. Focus a lot on awards in order to market themselves as the “top” fraternity, but they’re not as fun as they used to be. The golden age is over, and while middle tier might be a hot take, it’s not far from accurate. Won’t be surprised to see them fall to lower middle tier by next fall.
