Comment:  Let’s be real, phi has A LOT that many girls want — PNM’s and panhellenic girls both. They have the looks, the aesthetic, ranked top tier every recruitment; basically they never have issues getting the women they want in their sorority. However, I feel like this is all they pride themselves in. Being the best looking sorority is their only identity. Of course not all girls in phi are like this but come on.. who are we kidding. Recruitment is starting back up soon and we already know they’ll get the best girls, the girls that they want always. But if we are being honest, if you only join this sorority because you want “phi” letters in your instagram bio, you are wasting your time getting the full experience in a sorority. It’s not about looks, tiers, instagram followers, ego. PNM’s: please don’t join a sorority for these reasons.
