Comment:  Getting SAE's old house is a nice boost even if it is only temporary until SAE likely returns in a few years. Off to a decent to start. It will take years of hard word to build this fraternity up to a top tier organization. It can be done but they are not there yet.Need to work hard and get more involved in campus and continue to grow.
