Comment:  Just stop to the mom/alum who keeps coming on to rank Pi Phi! You need to realize that Pi Phi is a has been house and the problems they've had the last several years and with the over involvement of moms/alums like you have only torn them down more. They've got hypocrites running the house and so many girls regret going Pi Phi. They put on a good recruitment and then once girls are in the house they see it for what it really is. That's why for years their retention was one of the worst.
