Comment:  Used to be a great frat, but has recently created an undesirable reputation for themselves. Last year, members of phi committed a hate crime by physically and verbally harassing a queer couple. Very few girls feel comfortable in the phi house and you are not allowed in unless you know someone inside. Very uninviting and intimidating presence.
