Comment:  They aren’t awful, definitely in the bottom tier but not the worst fraternity on campus. They are renting phi delts house and all the sudden they think they are a middle tier fraternity and they are far from it. Their last party they had maybe 60 people there, y’all got a long way to go before you’re passing beta let alone moving into the bottom of the middle tier
